enamel fired onto fine silver and copper. Using a cloisonne technique wires are bent and set into the enamel and then layers of enamel are added and fired, I took progress pictures of this one so I know I did 17 firings , I didnt realise it was so many at the time. It has been hand polished to a soft sheen and set in a fine silver spectacle setting with an open back, and is hung on an 18inch sterling silver chain with my usual toggle and loop clasp.
